Site Administrator required for PRAX turnaround, Immingham.

As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the site. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing facilities, and supporting various departments to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
Key duties of the role:
Manage office operations, including maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, contracts, and correspondence.
Completing site reporting and timesheets
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
General administration task
Support HR functions such as onboarding/offboarding procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- MUST have a Safety Passport or EMSS qualification
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working 6 days on 1 day off. OVERTIME RATES APPLY
