Business Services Co-ordinator

What it's like to work here:You'll be working with a small, friendly team which includes an Area Ranger, two Harbour Masters and Holiday Operations Assistants. You'll also be supported by the team at our Blakeney office.
Dial House at Brancaster is holiday accommodation for large groups who come to explore this beautiful area of the country. Brancaster Staithe is part of the Norfolk Coast and Broads portfolio which looks after amazing areas of natural beauty and wildlife along the North Norfolk coast and in to the ever popular Norfolk Broads.
What you'll be doing:You'll support the operation of the holiday accommodation at Dial House, working with Holiday Operations Assistants to ensure that our guests experience is seamless from booking to arrival and departure. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
Some of your daily tasks will include monitoring bookings, liaising with contractors, supporting the Area Ranger and Harbour Masters with admin tasks, liaising with Holiday Operations Assistants and ordering goods, payments and receipting invoices.

- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Advanced IT Skills
