**Duties as a HR Officer**:

- Be an ambassador for the companies core values
- Handle queries and provide advice in relation to relevant policies
- Deal with relevant HR documentation and letters
- Be involved in the recruitment process
- Update company systems
- Assist in updating business policy and procedures
- Handle the recruitment process, manage training and onboard new starters
- Assist with payroll
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Produce HR reports and analytics
- Work closely with the HR manager
- Support company incentives and benefits
- General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

**Skills**:

- Experience in Human Resources and Administration
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills
- CIPD qualified (preferred)
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- The ability to build rapport, with excellent communication skills on all levels
- A keen desire to learn

To be successful as a HR Officer you will have excellent organisation skills.

This role would suit an experienced HR individual, as well as someone seeking a step up in their Human Resources career. The client would also consider graduate options. In return you will receive a salary up to £25k per annum, plus benefits, working Monday-Friday.
