We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Reed. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering HR support across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and smoothly from advertising vacancies, responding to and contacting candidates, interviewing, making job offers, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
- On-boarding Process: Manage the on-boarding process for all new starters, including obtaining personnel information, processing and issuing contract packs, checking Right To Work evidence, and planning and delivering inductions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including typing minutes of meetings, responding to internal and external HR-related enquiries, and maintaining personnel records through our HR software system.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensure all relevant information is processed and included on the payroll spreadsheet ready for submission to the finance department.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate and assist managers administratively with our annual staff reviews, manage and report on staff surveys, and coordinate social events.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office.
