Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all correspondence with Managers, including written and verbal communication
  • Independently plan and coordinate staff rotas to ensure optimal coverage
  • Efficiently handle Payroll-related queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, to manage information and create reports
  • Experience with database management is a plus
