Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Services Administrator to join our team at Lidl. As an HR Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the HR needs of our staff in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all correspondence with Managers, including written and verbal communication
- Independently plan and coordinate staff rotas to ensure optimal coverage
- Efficiently handle Payroll-related queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Confidently use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, to manage information and create reports
- Experience with database management is a plus
