Purchasing & Admin Assistant

Richmond Precision Services Limited is a long-established Wiltshire based business that has steadily developed into a sophisticated precision manufacturing company, supplying some of the most demanding sectors of industry.
The engineering division makes precision turned and milled components for various customers.
We are looking to recruit for a Purchasing & Admin Assistant, although no previous experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
Your main responsibility will be to order supplies and equipment in accordance with our company’s needs.
This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role.
Your goal will be to make cost-effective purchases while ensuring our inventory remains well-stocked.
If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of procurement processes, we would like to meet you. You will also be using our ERP system, to update job travellers. You will also be required to aid any administration work where required.
