Are you caring, compassionate and thoughtful?

We're looking for an Administrator with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team within Melksham Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Our service provides community mental health support to Children, Young People and their families within West Wiltshire. In this role, you'll be part of the team who are the first point of contact with our service users and you'll provide administrative support for all staff within the Melksham CAMHS team, including working with the external organisations in partnership with the service.

This is a busy and rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the patient experience in our service.

The Team works together to ensure that tasks are prioritised and completed in a professional manner. It is essential that you have good IT and administration skills.

You will take confidential and sensitive information while processing the information on the team’s electronic database.

You will also work closely with the Office Manager to ensure all data entry is accurately gathered and recorded.

**We'll need you to have**:
Strong IT skills, we will provide you training on our bespoke patient management system PCMIS.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a pleasant and polite manner.

An ability to work as part of a larger Team and use your own initiative on when to seek guidance and support.

An ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

An ability to travel to other sites across Oxfordshire for work purposes, as required.

**We will**:
Provide you with bespoke and mandatory training and on-going support.
