If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent administrative skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Office Accounts and Administration Assistantbased at our Melksham Depot.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

- Answering calls into the office;
- Scheduling meetings;
- Managing office calendar;
- Managing staff/office holidays and calendar;
- Assisting the finance team;
- Monitoring and organising bill payments, assisting with preparing invoices;
- Updating Staff Records;
- Assist with maintaining both supplier and customer accounts ;
- Maintaining and organising filing structure;
- Dealing with suppliers;
- Role adaptable depending on further understanding of our business and desire to make role your own

Essential Skills:
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
