**Location**:Birmingham, B3 1PX
**Summary**:
- Office based role
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- 20 days holiday per year plus statutory and closed for Christmas
- Inhouse training and support
**About Us**:
We are an independent accountancy practice in Birmingham and due to our continued success, we are looking for someone to join our professional and friendly Admin Team.
**Duties**:
- All administration tasks, including producing letters, photocopying, scanning, document binding, other daily electronic filing and paperwork
- Scheduling meetings, booking and organising/maintaining the meeting room; organising lunches/coffees for meetings
- Maintaining the office calendar
- Checking stocks for stationery and refreshments daily.
- Scanning, filing and distributing of post both electronically and physically. Also receiving deliveries and distributing to staff
- Answering the phone and dealing with any queries, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office and assisting them as required
- Assisting with the set up and accurate recording of new client data in the system
- Assisting with companies house secretarial work
- Supporting the admin secretary as and when needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
**You should have**:
This is a permanent full-time role and requires attendance in the office everyday.
- 5 GCSEs at A-C grade (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Administrative or clerical experience (minimum of 1 years experience)
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
