Archives & Records Assistant

Our London-based legal client is seeking an experienced **Archives and Records**
**excellent communication skills** **and **be **PC literate **and preferably have worked preciously in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times - Able to load trollies and boxes accurately.
- Ensure all requests are completed in a **timely manner.**:
- **Create and deliver barcodes accurately**, reporting any errors or duplicates.
- **Delivering and collecting files from clients within the office**:
- **Liaise with off-site storage providers** to process requests of records for delivery.
- **Maintain the records management system and perform data entry**
**tasks.**
**Ideally you will have**:
- Strong working knowledge of record management systems.
- Proficient IT skills - MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
