Archives Project Coordinator

As part of the Europeana Sounds initiative, we are seeking an experienced project assistant to support our team in London. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of a sustainable best practice network among European institutions.
The role involves coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining accurate records and reports. A high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential qualities for this position.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project meetings and events.
- Developing and implementing project plans and timelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as library science, archives management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
