Lettings Administrator Traniee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Lettings Administrator Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Lettings team, with a focus on tenant onboarding and property management.
You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the property industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career in property management.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate records of tenancies, including rent payments, deposits, and repairs
- Liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues that may arise
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Processing invoices and other financial paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
**Requirements**:
- No prior experience in property management is required, but you must be eager to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£36,304.95 per year
