**Are you our next Activities Coordinator?**

Lovett Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our amazing team at Eden Manor Care Home. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.

**This position is for 24.5 hours per week at £12.00 per hour.**

**What does a typical day look like?**
- Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting residents’ preferences
- Produce a newsletter to inform residents and their relatives and friends what’s going on
- Support residents to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype, and FaceTime
- Plan events within an allocated budget
- Ensure residents are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
- Complete daily reporting of activities and interaction into a resident’s plan of care
- Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
- To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout the day

**What experience do I need?**
- Experience of working in a care/support environment is preferred
- Valid driver’s licence is highly preferred
- Experience of working with people in particular those that may have additional support needs
