Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a marketing lead organisation based within the St Albans area. This company have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Administrator to join their team. This position would suit someone whohas previous administration experience, a intermediate level of Excel is a must have, previous E-Commerce experience is desirable but not essential.
Salary - £26-28k
Please note - this is an office based role
Some of the duties will include:
- List all items for Amazon ensuring key words are correct
- Price check all items to ensure company margins are met
- Check all shipment dates are correct
- Arranging all stock to be delivered to Amazon
- Analyse sales data and forecast sales projections
- Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Investigate and process refunds
- Communicating with Amazon
- Liaising with 3rd party warehouse
- Ensure all sales orders are raised on the system correctly
- Previous experience with Excel - intermediate level
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to manage a varied workload
- Good Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Happy to be office based
