Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and office tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial data entry is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,692.95 per year
