THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a conscientious individual to join a friendly team to provide a full range of Administrative support to the Business. Its important that you have very strong organisational skills, willingness to learn and an enthusiastic attitude.
Key responsibilities;
- Willing to learn CAD / experience with CAD desirable.
- Raise Sales Orders.
- Liaise with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Review office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Purchase Materials.
- Perform general duties (photocopying, mailing, filing)
- Process orders and invoices utilizing SAGE.
- Any other Administrative tasks required by the Manager.

Ability to multitask is a pre-requisite. Excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a professional approach expected and will need to be conscientious. Experience of using SAGE would be desirable but is not essential.

The position can have an immediate start date. Standard working hours are 7:30am to 4:15pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £22,295.00-£25,500.00 per year
