We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work for one of our clients in Burton on Trent.
The client is a market-leading manufacturer of specialist equipment to a range of industry sectors including heavy engineering and aerospace.
Due to the specialist nature of the products the work is both interesting and varied and will include ensuring that the various aspects of office administration are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
Based in their offices in Burton In Trent this office administration role will involve carrying out a range of admin activities including answering phones, filing, document control and management, assisting with the preparation of a number of different documents, assisting the finance team with various admin duties and general day to day office husbandry
The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator with a proven track record of working in a similar role, ideally within an engineering environment. Applicants must be proficient in MS Office software in particular Word and Excel
