A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantive Band 3 Admin Support Officer to join the multi-disciplinary (MDT) Harm Free Care (HFC) team.

This recently developed role will provide secretarial/administrative support to these small teams and will give the post holder the opportunity to define the role within the HFC agenda. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with good organisational and communication skills. A keen eye for detail will be crucial to provide and maintain an efficient and effective service.

- Interview Date: 14th April 2023
- 37 Hours 30 Minutes per a week
- Provide support to the team when planning meetings and teaching sessions.
- Supporting the staff within the Harm Free Care Team. Work with the Clinical Standards and Quality Improvement Lead to ensure diaries are maintained and up to date, meeting files are current and in good order. Respond to enquiries and ensure effective communication of messages both verbally and electronically.

- To provide secretarial and administration support across the Harm Free Care multi disciplinary Team including Tissue Viability, Falls, Clinical Standards & Quality Improvement Lead and Information and Data Manager for Patient Services as required.
- To organise staff diaries and arranging meetings (including the Falls and Pressure Ulcer Task Group (FPUTG)), take and transcribe minutes of meetings, create and maintain efficient and effective office filing and documentation systems.
- Maintain databases / spreadsheets.
- Maintain and monitor the Clinical Standards inbox.
- Assist with the organisation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings.
- Assist with the organisation of Harm Free Care events and liaise with Harm Free Care Leads across the Trust and Community.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Arranging travel when required.
