  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: 5 GCSEs including maths and English or equivalent.
  • Skills: Fast and accurate data inputting skills, general IT skills, good knowledge of Word and Excel, ability to identify, prioritize, plan effectively, and deliver excellent customer service.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour.

Contract Type: 12-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.
