We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider team
- Manage filing and email correspondence
- Coordinate post distribution and reception duties
- Prepare meeting rooms and complete weekly expense forms
- Perform various ad-hoc duties as required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
