About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider team
  • Manage filing and email correspondence
  • Coordinate post distribution and reception duties
  • Prepare meeting rooms and complete weekly expense forms
  • Perform various ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
