Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the industry by providing timely and accurate support to the global workforce.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills and gain valuable experience in the engineering sector. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of HR processes, including employee onboarding, contracts, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on company policies.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in the engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
