Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Lynn Bennett Resourcing. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, collating pre-employment checks, and maintaining accurate colleague records.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with GDPR regulations.
  • Perform regular audits of HR files and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Support the recruitment process, including booking training courses and workshops for colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience of working within an HR administration role.
  • Good standard of education, including good spoken and written skills.
