HR Administrator Job Opportunity

Reed Business Support is partnering with a national organisation to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. The role involves supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, conducting pre-employment checks, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish.
  2. Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including Right to Work.
  3. Update and maintain accurate employee records.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee queries and offering advice in line with company policy.
  5. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary issues.
  6. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Person Specification:
  1. Recent experience in an HR administrative role.
  2. CIPD Level 3 (desirable).
  3. Proven administrative skills.
  4. Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Keen to learn and develop.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel to regional offices. Ideal candidates will be immediately available or have a short notice period.
