HR Administrator Job Opportunity

Reed Business Support is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding tasks, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Conduct thorough Right to Work and pre-employment checks, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on company policies, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including absence management, performance, probation, grievance, and disciplinary issues.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Person Specification:
  • Recent experience in an HR administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with occasional travel to regional offices. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional HR support.
