We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Hoveringham team in the position of Order-Entry & Delivery Co-Ordinator.

This position is to process Supply Only beam orders, liaising with customers alongside our pricing and planning functions to ensure that all required product is scheduled and delivered in line with customer expectations.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following;
- ORDERS - Complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders, resolving any order queries in a timely manner.
- SCHEDULING - Ensure accurate scheduling of materials for deliveries in ExpertCAD.
- DELIVERY TICKETS - Create delivery tickets for all Supply Only beam deliveries, to enable product to be loaded and delivered to site on time and in full.
- LIAISON - Liaise between Bison Planning team and customers to confirm beam and polystyrene delivery dates.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - Ensure reliability of site delivery information.
- CONTRACT VARIATIONS - Action any amendments regarding orders of deliveries as notified by the customer.
- NEGOTIATION - Order negotiation in accordance with budget and targets.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - Actively contribute to improvements in business processes and procedures.
- INFORMATION - Record relevant KPI’s to enable individual and team performances to be collated.

- Order-Processing experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate work
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
