Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and creating sales orders
- Prepare and manage customer purchase orders
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
