We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with departmental processes and procedures, including the use of the ELMS system for sales order processing and client searches.
  • Process and communicate incomplete sales orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Investigate stock queries and process out-of-stock notifications.
  • Demonstrate effective communication with service users and prescribers to resolve issues.
  • Process written service requisitions and referrals from professionals.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure up-to-date records.
  • Manage telephone queries and customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a customer service environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Keyboard skills and data entry experience.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent administration skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

The successful candidate will work on a rolling alternate week basis, including alternate Saturdays, with a day off during the week. The hourly rate for this position is £12.00.
