As part of our significant growth plans, we are hiring for a Head of Segment Sales for Services to join our Global Sales and Service team. This position is of strategic and vital important for Andor Technology and, by extension to Oxford Instruments as the company looks to double the business in size within a 5 year cycle.
The Head of Segment Sales - Services will be the voice of the market and an integral partner with Product Management in carrying the Go-to-Market strategy into the field. They will directly lead a focused Business Development team in support of Global and Regional Services Sales priorities. This is a transformative role that will have wide-ranging influence in commercial practice and process within Andor, driving synergy and through it scale.
**The Head of Segment Sales
- Service will**:
Graduate in a Business, Engineering or Science related discipline with preference for an advanced degree qualification
Relevant senior leadership experience in a sales or marketing role in a global organisation having managed greater than £10M GBP business.
People management experience within a sales context
Commercially focused with strong leadership and, crucially, influencing aptitude and experience, and capable of developing and leading strategic change.
This position will ideally be based in Belfast or within the UK, with global travel for at least 30% of time. Germany and France are also possible locations.
