About the Role

This permanent position is based on a hybrid working model, with 3 days at home and 2 days in the Belfast Office (Dargan Crescent). The role involves leading the overall design and development, planning, and scheduling of the Food & Beverage Leadership Strategy, ensuring all key initiatives best represent the Commercial Plan and Brand Strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall design and development, planning, and scheduling of the Food & Beverage Leadership Strategy.
  • Work closely with the NI leadership team to roll out various programmes.
  • Facilitate coordination across all programme initiatives and functions.
  • Lead the Trading Team to deliver long and shorter-term category strategies.
  • Track and report on progress and activities across the programme and initiatives.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing colleagues to ensure the planned and efficient implementation of all initiatives.
  • Support new ways of working in relation to mission-based and segmentation data approaches.
  • Represent Trading on key Forums and at retailer engagement sessions.
Requirements
  • Experienced in leading and delivering large complex programmes.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
