**Salary**: Up to £24,923 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience

**Hours of Work**: Negotiable, preferred minimum of 22.5 hours per week

**Location**: Birmingham head office, with some travel throughout the Birmingham
and Black Country area

**Duration**: Permanent

This is an exciting time to join the Wildlife Trust and help deliver our vision of a Wilder
Birmingham and Black Country. The Facilities Officer is an important role providing essential
support to wider teams across the Trust. This newly created role will be pivotal in supporting
the smooth day-to-day operational running of our two core sites in Birmingham through
facilities and operations provision.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced in premises management or building maintenance and
is used to working with contractors, as well as delivering wider facilities support. The
looking for someone who also has experience of working in the charity sector. You will be
well-organised, with excellent communication skills, and have the confidence to carry out
general repair work.
