Job Title: Facilities & Office Administrator

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

Location: Birmingham City Centre

About the Role:

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities & Office Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, including ordering equipment and supplies, and performing general facilities work.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Business Support team, including preparing spreadsheets and covering the reception desk when needed.
  • Communication: Liaise with on-site staff to ensure the effective running of the business and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of facilities-related tasks and activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a facilities assistant or office/business support role is ideal.
  • Initiative and Pressure Management: Ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure.
