About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Systems adi Group Ltd.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities engineering helpdesk administration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st line contact for all helpdesk enquiries and service support to customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all documentation and records are maintained for servicing and compliance within our company management system.
  • Administration of customer portals for work requests and invoicing.
  • Coordination of quoting remedial works and liaison with our accounts team.
  • Raising invoices and posting to the relevant portals.
  • Liaison with customers and suppliers for the speedy and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance work, including the planning and arranging of sub-contractors, labour and ordering of materials.
  • Building strong relationships with our customers and on-site maintenance teams.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Administration and financial management experience, ideally from the facilities services industry.
  • Coordination experience of planned and reactive maintenance work.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and inputting data.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to input, process, and interpret data with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
  • Ability to make decisions and use your own initiative.
