**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Collaborate with business executives and leaders to enhance employee productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
- Lead the UK HRBP team in delivering HR priorities and initiatives.
- Work closely with line managers and business leaders to understand HR processes, business objectives, challenges, and concerns.
- Contribute to long-term business and people development goals, including HR responsibilities such as well-being, HR policies, compliance, governance, diversity, inclusion, and equity.
- Cultivate an insight-driven culture by analysing people metrics, identifying issues, and offering business solutions.
- Drive engagement and retention strategies by evaluating and enhancing the employee journey and experience.
- Provide counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to employees and executives to improve performance.
- Support business executives and leaders in optimising the company's structure and framework.
- Develop and research HR strategies and policies aligned with business needs.
- Act as an HR acquisition and integration specialist for strategic integrations and employee acquisitions.
- Ensure high standards of HR service delivery and strive for excellence.
- Lead or participate in projects as required.

**Experience required**:

- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, ideally in a leadership capacity, involving collaboration with directors and managers from diverse countries and cultures.
- Possession of CIPD Level 7 or a comparable certification is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Strong organisational skills, combined with leadership capabilities, are essential.
- Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation and a solid understanding of legal
- requirements concerning employee responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Familiarity with technical and intricate work environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced functions of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with the ability to analyse data and deliver presentations based on data-driven insights.
- Possesses a strategic mindset and excels in executing plans effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
