We are looking to offer a **People Services Coordinator** the opportunity to join our expanding **People Services team** based in **Stevenage. **This is initially a **fixed term contract for six months.**

**As the People Services Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:

- Be first line of phone support for employees queries representing the People Services Team
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee requests through our CRM tool
- Be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to policy, procedure, payroll and general information
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all data, in line with relevant legislation
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate data regarding the full employee lifecycle from our applicant tracking system to our Core HR system and third party systems
- Suggest process improvements and enhancements to positively effect process and efficiency of the People Services team
- Occasional project work
