We are looking to offer a **System Administrator** the opportunity to join our expanding **People Services team** based in **Stevenage, offering hybrid working.**
**This role will be a fixed term contract for six months.**
As a **System Administrator **you will be a part of our commitment to deliver what we promise for our clients, within the leading essential infrastructure services provider operating within the UK & Ireland.

**Who you are?**
As a System Administrator you will be providing support and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System, ePloy, as part of the Central Resourcing team. Including the provision of administration, configuration and technical support for the divisional resourcing teams and project support with the continuous improvement programme.

**As the System Administrator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Resourcing Manager and resourcing function in the maintenance and development of the ATS, ePloy
- Co-ordinate new change request information, submitting and managing approval process
- Act as a point of contract to the Divisional Resourcing functions for technical issues and Q&A support
- Liaise with the ePloy technical support team to resolve issues, delivering timely resolution to all defects impacting the functionality of the system
- Provide administration support with key project outputs, acting as system super user, updating records and workflows to enable change
- Partake in testing activities for all configuration changes, documenting the results
- Support in the development of the ePloy Development Road Map and maintain a project tracker for each workstream
- Change Management and Testing: This includes coordinating and performing testing activities to ensure that system changes are properly implemented, validated, and do not impact Resourcing processes adversely
- Ensure compliance with all company, policies and reporting requirements is vital
**What you’ll bring?**
- Previous experience in a system administration focused role is essential
- Working knowledge and support experience of Recruitment or HR systems would be a bonus but not essential
- If you’ve worked with ePloy previously, that would be a distinct advantage, however other system administration experience will be considered
- Experience of translating business requirements to design
- Experience of conducting end to end user acceptance testing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders from different business units and at all levels of the organisation
- Effective written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to quality
