***A bit about the role**:
To provide high quality, knowledgeable and efficient HR & TA coordination throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding ensuring processes and workflows run effectively and to time parameters. Be the first point of contact to all employees and stakeholders for HR queries.

**About you**:
**Expertise**:

- Good organisational skills
- Able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels.
- Interpersonal skills with experience of interaction with individuals at all levels
- Works with high attention to detail
- Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines.
- A professional, confident, and pleasant manner with a strong work ethic
- Pro-active and efficient
- Conscientious with an ability to be flexible and multitask.
- Shows initiative and can work both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Great customer service delivery at all levels.
- Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel and be able to pick up new systems quickly.

**Skills & abilities**:

- Experience dealing with highly privileged and confidential information.
- Experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of being a HRIS super-user is desirable.
- Experience of running payroll, understanding legislation and associated processes is desirable.
- Experience of providing reports is desirable.
