Ambulance Operations Coordinator

At Huntress - Maidstone, we are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Administrator within the Ambulance Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative duties, including HR paperwork, reports, and gathering information for complaints.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have great communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including HR paperwork and reports.
2. Liaising with hospital staff, communication centres, transport offices, and ambulance crews to ensure effective patient care.
3. Producing planned reports, such as sickness absence monitoring information and annual leave analysis, as required.
