In this role, you will work 36 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, working compressed hours over 4 days - other working hours can be agreed, so don't be afraid to ask in your interview about the flexibility we can offer.

**As the HR Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:

- First line of phone support for employees queries representing the People Services Team
- Responding promptly and professionally to employee requests through our CRM tool
- Be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to policy, procedure, payroll and general information
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all data, in line with relevant legislation
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data regarding the full employee lifecycle from our applicant tracking system to our Core HR system and third party systems
- Suggesting process improvements and enhancements to positively effect process and efficiency of the People Services team
- Occasional project work

**What you’ll bring?**
- Previous HR administration experience
- You will be someone with excellent attention to detail
- The role will have interactions with all employees across the business so you will have great customer service skills
- You'll be highly organised and ability to prioritise workload and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
