Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources & Recruitment specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision and coordination of HR services to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Service Provision: Support the delivery of HR services to our business units, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience: Recent graduate or first professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and develop professionally.
