- On a daily, weekly and monthly basis monitor and analyse sales, creating relevant reports to illustrate and support actions to optimise trade, proposing solutions to management team to boost poor sellers/optimise bestsellers to increase conversion rate.
- Analyse online reports, customer engagement and site conversion to understand the sales curve and report findings to drive growth
- Identifying opportunities to further maximize online sales and profitability
- Create NPD trackers for all new launches, updating twice weekly for all relevant markets. Feedback any key findings to management, providing actionable recommendations
- Work closely with the team, monitoring stock deliveries and ensuring a timely launch and update of products.
- Ensure all relevant products are displayed correctly and in-line with brand expectations and guidelines.
- Oversee and manage all eCommerce and website imagery.
- Work closely with management to align the topics for newsletter/EDM and assist with the development and ensure the newsletter published on schedule
- Provide suggestions to management to drive traffic to our site to increase sales and keep monitoring the performance
- Review and provide competitor analysis report and provide to new e-commerce trend
- Optimise the customer experience/journey by reviewing the content and layout across the site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an E-commerce/Marketplace role, ideally within an international retail environment.
- Knowledge of European Market is essential for this role.
- Strong PC Skills - Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Analytically minded
- Confident using Shopify, Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console and CMS/E-Commerce platforms
- Self-motivated, organised, and enthusiastic with a flexible attitude and approach to work as well as the ability to work on own initiative.
