Key Account Manager
Basic salary of circa £40-42,000 + Bonus/Commission structure, giving you a confirmed OTE of circa £55,000
This is a superb role within an outstanding Company in West Yorkshire who has a superb position within the Automotive and Fleet sector and is a market leader within their field. As a result of continued strategic growth, they are looking to recruit a KeyAccount Manager to be an integral member of the Account Management team, with responsibility for the effective management of a small number of key corporate client accounts. This is a superb team and the company offer stability, investment in you and a superbworking culture. For this role, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager or Key Account Manager with experience of working withing a B2B environment, ideally within Fleet or the Automotive sector, although this is not essential but wouldbe an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will manage a small number of key corporate Accounts, with responsibility for being a key point of contact working at Director level
- You will conduct 1/4ly client reviews with clients on a face to face basis, completing Client Review Packs with clients to discuss service level, industry trends, reporting on figures etc.
- Complete Client Review packs and ensure accuracy in all areas of the
- Effective communication at all levels to deliver on the Company KPI's
- Planning and delivering objectives to exceed client expectations
- Working closely with the team and Head of Account Management to assess and plan overall deliverables and team objectives
- You will understand client contracts and be involved with pricing, all products and services within Fleet and will learn all areas of client funding
- You will be familiar with working to client SLA's, ensuring accuracy of data and compliance within all areas of your work
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager or Key Account Manager with evidence of working within Business to Business Account Management. You will be effective in managing clients' expectations, being Consultative in your approach. Youwill have outstanding communication skills, with a professional approach and will be able to communicate and build relationships at a senior level with ease. A professional and focused individual, you will be strategic in your thinking and general approachwith clients.
