**I'm looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Advisor to join an award-winning Digital Solutions company based in the South Manchester area. As a 1st Line Technical Support Advisor, you'll be working with some of the biggest household names and blue-chipenterprises as well as the public sector. The starting salary is £24,000 depending on your experience with future career progression and no weekend work. There is hybrid working available to you once you've completed your probation period.**

**This is an Entry level 1st Line Technical Support role with a scope to make it into your own**

**What will you be doing as a 1st Line Technical Support Advisor?**
- You will be the first line response for all technical issues raised via the existing client database.
- You will be investigating and diagnosing Audio-visual faults and problems.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer for all support queries.
- You will ensure all calls are raised with full details of the information of user issues accurately on the ticketing system.
- You will be escalating any complex incidents to the 2nd and 3rd line support team.
- You will be ensuring response is managed via SLA timeframes.
- Managing and completion of reporting functions.

- 1st line technical support experience is essential for the role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Happy to work in a team and be a team player.
- Good ability to learn technical aspects quick.
- You are open to learning the AV industry.
- Proactive and approachable.

**What will you get in return for your work as a 1st Line Technical Support Advisor?**
- The starting salary is paying up to £24,000 depending on your experience.
- 22 holiday days plus your bank holidays which is reviewed each year of service.
- You will have an annual appraisal, where the business can look at forming development plans/ salary reviews/ external training programmes.
- A holiday exchange programme has been introduced, which allows employees to buy and sell their annual leave, allowing more flexibility.
- Once you've completed your probation period you can work from home up to 2 days a week.
