Key Responsibilities:
- Global IT Support: Deliver 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across various time zones, ensuring seamless productivity.
- System Administration: Manage daily oversight, support, and administration of all internal systems, servers, and devices.
- User Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive how-to guides and troubleshooting documents, and provide technical training tailored to users with diverse IT expertise.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the infrastructure team on significant projects, aiding in the implementation of new technologies.
- Network & Security Management: Administer global telephony systems, oversee internal networks, and ensure effective security protocols are established.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: At least 3 years in system support or administration.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10+, Server 2012r2+), Mac OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and IT Helpdesk software (Sysaid, Jira, Zendesk).
- Hardware & Networking: Proficient in hardware (HP/Dell/Lenovo), networking (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti), and basic scripting (Powershell/Bash).
- Security & MDM: Familiar with security software (Sophos, CrowdStrike, Bitdefender) and MDM tools (Intune, JAMF, JumpCloud).
- System Monitoring: Knowledgeable in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of assisting users at all levels.
