Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and client services team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adding new companies to our CRM and mapping out key decision makers
  • Adding and attributing new candidates
  • Sourcing new candidates from job boards
  • Posting vacancies
  • Creating canvases for LinkedIn job posts
  • Writing job adverts
  • Preparing and sending out email marketing campaigns
  • Keeping our CRM up to date
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn
  • New starter check-in calls

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years' experience within an administrative background, and ideally customer service experience
  • Experience using a database
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Computer literate
  • Access to your own transport, essential

What We Offer:

  • A generous salary of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
