Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and client services team with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding new companies to our CRM and mapping out key decision makers
- Adding and attributing new candidates
- Sourcing new candidates from job boards
- Posting vacancies
- Creating canvases for LinkedIn job posts
- Writing job adverts
- Preparing and sending out email marketing campaigns
- Keeping our CRM up to date
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn
- New starter check-in calls
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years' experience within an administrative background, and ideally customer service experience
- Experience using a database
- Good written and verbal English
- Computer literate
- Access to your own transport, essential
What We Offer:
- A generous salary of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
- A hybrid role with a mix of office and remote working
