We are seeking a highly motivated and responsive individual to join our team as a Senior Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be based largely at our Head Office in Stockport, with some planned visits to services that require national travel.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work proactively with the Head of Social Care Governance to effectively oversee Social Care Governance processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing governance policies and procedures.

The successful post holder will have a proven track record in social care good practice, preferably at a senior level or in a closely related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for establishing trust and rapport with others. You will receive full support and training in the role, as well as regular supervision and support.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of social care good practice and governance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Governance Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
