About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Manager to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our Health Records Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day line management and supervision to administrative staff.
- Oversee workforce rotas, attendance, HR processes, recruitment, and other relevant tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues, including specialty teams, clinicians, and support services, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Support service improvement work to ensure efficient, effective, and productive patient access services.
- Embed quality improvement methodology within patient access services.
