Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Specialist to join our Governance and Quality Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administration support to the team, including updating the W&C microsite for Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Neonates, and maintaining databases to track guidelines, standard operating procedures, and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clerical support to clinicians, ensuring guidelines and standard operating procedures are in the correct formats before uploading to microsites.
  • Compiling agendas for meetings and taking minutes.
  • Triage of telephone enquiries.
  • Maintaining databases to track guidelines, standard operating procedures, and policies.
  • Assisting with arranging meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial or office experience, with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize workload.
