**Two Clinical Co-ordinators required in Notting Hill W11**

**Main Duties**:
**Dealing with clinical correspondences**: incoming correspondences paper and electronic involves scanning and allocating to relevant staff member.

**Telephone**:be part of and support the clinical team performing telephone triage.

**Reception**:participate in reception of associated admin duties at the reception. This involves face to face patient contact.

**Co-ordinating clinics**: help set up and invite patients to special clinics run by the surgery e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, Mental health, childhood immunisation, flu campaigns.

**Scope for basic clinical contact**: measuring patients weight, height, blood pressure.

**Teamwork**:work closely with the GPs and other member or the clinical team.

**Personal characteristics**: friendly, trustworthy, reliable, team player, good communicator, excellent IT skills and ability to learn and use different operating systems.

**Areas of development**:clinical contacts such measuring patients weight, height, blood pressure, ECGs etc. Practice management: prepare clinical and admin rotas, maintain and update HR files, complaint handling, provide support and training for current and new staff etc.

Line management: your direct line manager would be the practice manager who would work closely with you and oversee your duties. Working closely with the practice manager is an essential part of Clinical co-ordinator position.

**Job Types**: Full-Time, Permanent.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.
