Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a PMO Administrator to manage data reporting and support project delivery. You will manage data reporting, project administration, and stakeholder communication.

**You will be responsible for**:

- All data captured from the PMO department and ensuring the quality of the data.
- Ensuring that projects have administrative resources, such as the right process maps and documents to complete for each project stage.
- Ensuring that all Risks and Issues are accurately and transparently reported against each project stage.
- Communicating across the office, projects, and project stakeholders with information requests, schedule updates, and reports.
- Generating the relevant periodic reports required by the business using Excel & PowerBI: Project delivery stats, Bi-weekly PMO reports, Project workbooks, DORA metrics, Financial reports, Timesheet information.
