You will work as part of a multidisciplinary project team, alongside the Programme Design and Learning Technology Team and academic staff within faculties, providing administrative assistance to enable adoption of Blackboard Ultra.

As project coordinator you will support coordination and communication both within, and external to, the project and become knowledgeable in the Blackboard Ultra platform. You will work proactively with departments helping to monitor and maintain progress against agreed plans, primarily supporting the coordination of training and Ultra site building activities. Main duties will include: coordinating meetings, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on progress of tasks undertaken by site builders, agenda coordination, minute-taking, coordinating communications with a large range of stakeholders and updating project documentation.

- Project management or coordination training or qualifications would be desirable.
